Group Training Class
Don’t like working out alone we welcome you to make a reservation for one of our specially designed small group training class. Our group training class are limited to 5 people and are on a 1st come 1st served basis. Meet new fitness friends, have fun and get a great workout.
This total body, high intensity style program, utilizing free weights, resistance and body weight, masterfully combines the components of R.I.P.P.E.D.— Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance as the workout portion along with Diet suggestions to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective. The deliberate combination of the R.I.P.P.E.D. elements and how they are precisely organized in the R.I.P.P.E.D. class format provide the basis for the One Stop Body Shock System, by stimulating both, different energy systems and muscles in each workout segment, changing the focus and activities every 6 to 9 minutes. No boredom here, for all levels, R.I.P.P.E.D. is effective, it’s tough yet doable; R.I.P.P.E.D. will absolutely challenge your levels of fitness and endurance!

Don’t feel you have time before or after work for a workout! Well we have a fix for that… Our 20 minute body weight only lunch time crunch class will definitely get you stronger and leaner without you having to pick up any free weights or use any machines.

Our senior fitness class is dedicated to helping you live a happy healthy life. Our class consists of very low impact aerobic exercise, seated light weight training and balancing exercises.
Our 45 minute energizing, mood enhancing, get your sexy back boot camp will get your day started the right way, our boot camp offers a variety of exercises so you will never do the same workout twice.
24/7 Health & Fitness Free Instructional Training Sessions
Do you get confused, overwhelmed, or intimidated when you walking by all the equipment and the people in the gym that seem to know what they are doing? We can help you; book a reservation for one of our free instructional training sessions. Each day we hold 30 mins. Instructional sessions in which we will show you how to properly use the gym equipment so that you can have a productive workout.
We also have personal trainers on staff to assist you with your training needs please feel free to ask a staff member for information.
