Back & Triceps Workout 2/2
This video shows the trainee doing three different styles of exercise that will be engaging his chest. The first is doing push-ups in suspension. Notice how his arms are having to work more to keep him balanced over the handles. This increases the activity done. The second exercise shows a dumbbell free weight chest press. You can also see the balance factor working in this exercise as well. The third exercise is the chest press machine. This really focuses on the actual chest muscles and isolates them from the rest.
