Heavy Bag Workout
A fun and great workout to work the whole body is by working out with a heavy bag. The idea here is to work your core, not kill the bag. Find a nice groove on your music player and start punching in rhythm to the music. Notice that all of the movement in the punches starts in the hips. The energy should flow from hips to shoulders to arm and hand. Focus on one hand at a time and then work combos. It’s important to note that you use gloves for protection.
