Medicine Ball [Exercise One]
Medicine balls are a fantastic way to engage your core and really get the blood pumping. The first exercise is called 6 inches. Balance the medicine ball on your legs and then lift your straightened legs 6 inches off the ground and hold it there for 10 secs. Do that 10 times and watch your stomach and thighs burn. Next is the ball toss. If you don’t have targets, use a wall. Press it from your chest upwards to the wall and catch, bringing it back to your chest. The final exercise is the ball slam. From overhead, slam the ball to the ground and catch, bringing it back over your head. Do these both, for 10 reps at a time.
