Back & Triceps Workout 1/2
To spice up your routines, try learning different exercises that will engage the same muscle groups. In this video, the trainee is wanting to work on his back and triceps, which are located on the back of the arms. The first exercise is done in suspension. It uses the persons body weight for resistance, which also develops balance. The second exercise, is a bent over row that isolates one arm at a time. The third uses a machine. Machines take out the weight balance factor and focus on the weight itself. Because of this, you will be able lift or pull more on a machine than with free weights.
